Te Pātaka Tauira will support Māori frontline workers across social services, disability support, youth work, and home and community health by creating a shared platform where kaimahi can find and contribute practical approaches to everyday documentation and reporting.

In the busy work that the Maori workforce undertake, they navigate digital tools for case notes, referrals and reporting, yet have little time for structured support and often develop their own methods in isolation. This initiative captures that real frontline knowledge and publishes it as reusable practice patterns that reflect kaupapa Māori practice and can be applied immediately in day‑to‑day mahi. Patterns are contributed and refined by kaimahi themselves, supported by a kaitiaki stewardship group that ensures cultural integrity, tikanga alignment, and safe use of digital and AI‑enabled tools.

The platform is publicly accessible, open‑licensed, and designed to be embedded into induction, supervision, and professional development through a champion‑led model. With strong relationships across kaupapa Māori providers and national sector networks,
