Our people

The fund is governed by a Board of Directors and managed by an Executive Officer.

A Grants Assessment Panel of people who work in the sectors makes recommendations to the Board.

The Board is appointed by the organisation’s eight shareholders, who are peak bodies in the eligible industries. The shareholders nominated the assessment panel, who were appointed by the Board.
