National Care & Support Workforce Digital Hub – Feasibility Study

Lead organisation:

New Zealand Disability Support Network with five peak bodies

NZDSN is being funded to undertake a feasibility study to refine the scope, governance, and sustainability model for a proposed national Digital Hub to support the care and support workforce. The work is being progressed collectively by five peak bodies:

  • New Zealand Disability Support Network (NZDSN)

  • Aged Care Association (ACA)

  • Atamira Platform Trust

  • Home and Community Health Association (HCHA)

  • Carers NZ

The study will deliver a final report suitable for inclusion in a Round Three submission, providing an evidence‑based pathway for a practical, accessible, multilingual hub that can deliver meaningful workforce impact across disability, aged care, mental health, and community services.
